  • A credit card is required to hold your reservation.
  • Total amount is due before the tour.
  • Cancellation notice must be 7 days in advance if the reservation is
    made more than 7 days before the tour date.
  • Cancellation notice must be 24 hours in advance if the reservation
    is made within 7 days of the tour date.
  • Any cancellation that does not fall within these guidelines or a no-
    show will result in a full charge to the credit card on file.
  • Rescheduling your tour is based on availability.
  • All tours are Rain or Shine.
  • In the event that a tour is canceled by Denali ATV due to weather &
    trail conditions, a full refund will be provided.
